Topic pretty much sums it up. Is it possible or do I really have to switch files on the SD back and forth for every game I want to convert?

PCs can't generate Xorpads, and those are needed to convert.

Your tutorial doesn't have anything about the slot0x25KeyX file, is that not needed?

If the tutorial doesn't have it, it's not needed.
