Homebrew Is a 9.3-10.3 NAND backup/restore tool based on MemChunkHax2 possible?

Sorry for my poor English and ignorance of 3DS-programming, but is it possible to make a tool with backup/restore functions for 9.3-10.3 NAND?

A 9.3-10.3 NAND backup/restore tool could preserve the initial NAND.bin of a 3DS before it being bricked by any up/down-grading accidents, and the coming brick-restore process thus will be possible and easier with hard-mod methods IMHO...

restore impossible as even 9.2 exploit can't. (seriusly if you brick the 3ds and you have a nand backup, HOW YOU WILL RESTORE IT WITH A BRICKED 3DS!?)

not gonna happen without a vulnerability as weak as what the <=9.2 3DSs have.

Thanks to all of your replies @Krude, @Filo97 and @Voxel Studios !! So a hard-mod is still the best way to preserve the NAND of a 3DS ?

I'll start to polish my patching techniques soon by welding some wires on my used PC motherboards...

To make a NAND backup from software, you need ARM9 kernel access, and memchunkhax2 only provides ARM11 kernel access. So no, not possible.
