Hacking Is a 3.70 vita still softmodable

I am on the point of buying a second hand vita which is resetted by owner and is now on 3.70 (not softmodded)

Can I still mod it or has sony blocked 3.70 (as I need to download a demo psp game).

Yes, use the DNS settings and then try to connect to PSN. Go the mobile network route if your home network settings interfere.

For the time being, yes, using a DNS you can still access PSN to download the required game to perform the downgrade and hack, but move quickly before Sony closes it.
