Hacking Is 3dstown.com a legit seller?

I want to buy a sky3ds and they're selling them cheaper than the sky3ds site($76 for standalone cart!), so I wanted to know if they were legit or scammers.
Also on a side note, does the sky3ds work on 10.0(didn't update to 10.1)?

In sky3ds's website 3dstown.com is linked as a reseller, so they should be legit, and Sky3DS works on 10.1
