Every time they do server maintenance, a thread pops up asking if this "will be the next update?"
The answer is maybe, but most likely not. This isn't the first time since the release of 10.7 that they've done server maintenance and all the others were not met with an update. But we will find out in 4 days.

Exactly. xD Afaik, A9LH is unpatchable. It even says it in 3Dbrew with their list of 3DS Flaws. Unless they update it and something else happens. I have A9LH on my New 3DS XL. Sorry if this next statement is unrelated to this, but Gateway is still working on A9hax support and it is getting close to a month since they announced it. To me they should be called Gatewait. cx

Still wish they'd give us a real update with new features idk such as integration with Miitomo and a truely unified friend system instead of having three separate accounts (Miitomo, Miiverse, and NNID with friend codes basically).
