Ipod touch Vs Ds Lite?

Recently, I have been debating on weather I should get an ipod touch*selling my ds lite* or just keeping the lite and buying a cheap mp3 player for on the go music... I seriously don't want to make a mistake and sell off my ds and then regretting it...so what are your thoughts on the matter gbatempers?

You should keep the DS Lite and buy a cheap mp3-player in my opinion.

I own a DS since the begining, but i recently buy an ipod touc and its great, web browser, game etc ec etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc


You can do everthing with one device, i open my ds just when there is a good game wich come out...


So if you just want to play good game and listen music, byt an mp3 but if you want browse internet fast and do everything you can do with yuor computer buy an ipod touch,

if you really do think that you'd regret selling your ds, why even consider doing so? Either get a cheap mp3 player (that way you get the best of both worlds) or stick with the ds and save up until you can afford the ipod.

Keep the DS, buy a cheap mp3 player. The iPod touch is cool and everything, but you NEED your DS. Am I right? Am I right? Am I?

yea, that's what I was thinking dominator. I mainly only play the DS when there's games like Disgea, TWEWY, or a good Mario game...I messed with the Ipod touch and it seems very responsive and cool...(the fast browsing is a big plus to me) but I didn't want to buy it right away b/c...what if it is just a little early flare that will quickly die down? The seller at best buy said it recently came out and apple so apple won't try anything funny like what nintendo did with the DSi ^^

You know whats coming right? Chrono Trigger and Castlevania Order of Ecclesia are reason enough to keep your ds!

I say buy a cheap mp3 player.

Uh, do you want to play games or listen to MP3s and watch movies?
They're totally different machines.

That said, I agree with everyone else - you'd be better served with a cheaper MP3 player. Refurbed iPod classic or a Nano is my suggestion.

I was mainly attracted to the ipod touch b/c of the fast internet browsing and music -.-
But I also read on further and they said they didn't have adobe flash...big letdown to me =/
I don't know... still debating inside my head.
