Apple Ipod Touch syncing apps

I recieved an Ipod Touch recently and it is jailbroken. I used another computer to put some cracked .ipa's on it and now I want to use this computer to put another one on their. But, when I try it tells me it will have to delete all of my old apps. I have tried syncing my ipod apps to the computer but it refuses to work. Please help.

There are several tutorials around on syncing multiple computers together. If you want to properly sync IPAs you should install the .IPAs via iTunes (opening them in iTunes) rather than installing them straight through AppCake.
