iPod Touch not being recognized by itunes

So yea, my ipod touch isn;t beeing recognized. My iPod Nano 2nd gen is, but not my ipod touch.

Try Winamp, or uninstall/reinstall iTunes

there should be a service called bunjallo,which should be started also, if that doesnt work i would also have to say try reinstalling

first question

is it jailbroken?, and what version is your touch

if its jailbroken with 1.1.4 there seems to be a random bug with itunes where it would not detect the ipod, or detect it but not detect it as a touch,


just give itunes a reinstall,

restart your computer after uninstalling, and after reinstalling so the registry resets

Are you trying to connect your iPod and your iPhone at the same time?

Also, did you originally sync your iPhone to a Mac? Or vice versa with a Windows PC?

id update to a more recent firmware and use ziphone to jailbreak it
