iPod Touch Jailbreak question.

I just got an iPod Touch from best buy.
MN: MC086LL
Version: 3.1.3

I heard from my friends that my iPod is un-hackable ATM. Though I need some opinions, and maybe a link to a Jailbreak guide.

You can't jailbreak that.
MC models are unjailbreakable for 3.1.3, and only tethered for 3.1.2. You also can't downgrade, so you're theoretically screwed.

Looks like that would work perfectly.

Now one more question: I have already downloaded a bunch of apps (some aren't free), will Jail breaking prevent/delete my apps?

Well, it's advised that you reinstall the OS.
And it'll delete your app data, but you can then resync it and it'll all reappear.

If your iPod came with 3.1.3 firmware then you can't jailbreak it. The downgrade only works for people who had 3.1.2 or lower then upgraded to 3.1.3.
