Apple ipod touch 4g heat question?

I have noticed when I use my ipod touch 4g it gets warm at the top where the camera I was wondering if it might be faulty and should I get it replaced or is it normal?

I've seen other iPod touches do that, I assume it's normal. As long as you can still hold it, you should be ok.

Don't worry about it, I have an iPod Touch 4G and it also heats when I'm using it for a long period of time.

It's normal. The CPU is located next to the camera.
If you use it for either a long time, or an intensive game or anything it WILL heat up.
Completely normal.

all iDevices do that, its totally normal as long as you can still hold it

If it gets too hot, there is a risk that the battery might explode...

yes I do have a hard cover case on it does that make a difference?

Mines does it to, not a problem, if you hate it so much get a case

Like every one else said, its totally normal but if it gets to the point where you can't hold it try 1 of 3 things:
1.turn it off and wait a while
2.get a case
3.get a new ipod

well I phoned apple tech support and they said it was not normal for the ipod touch 4g to heat up I don't know I can hold it and all
I took off my metel hard cover case and it did not get as warm as with the case on before
