Hacking IOS downgrader and getting this error: Initializing ISFS subsystem

Hi, installed the HBC and following the steps in guide. I am loading the IOS downgrader and getting this error:
Initializing ISFS subsystem
Error ret= -116
Whenever I have to download something from the network i get this message
Im connected through a nintendo lan adapter
when I test the connection on the wii- Its says Ok
The wii wants to update ???
help me
Im stuck cant downgrade

Heard something about that only wireless & wiifi works.

ISFS_Open function has some bugs.

You will need to reompile it with IOS_Open( ) function.
