Hacking IOS concerns on 3.1E

Hi Guys,
I have just had my 3.1E wii softmodded, thanks to all the guides from gbatemp.
However I was getting some issues with applying TBR bug install and have yet patched my wii to 4.1. I am really worried that I have messed up with my IOS ports. I fixed the inverted HBC by removing HBC, patch IOS61, and install HBC again.

Could some of you please check whether I have done something stupid to my IOS?
My wii is still at 3.1E, should I have it patched to 4.1E?

Besides missing some of the more recent IOSes (IOS38, IOS53, IOS55, IOS56), your IOSes seem to be in order.

Thanks guys for the reply. I went ahead and installed "CIOS55fix", CIOS222, 202, 223, and CIOS 38 last night. Now I have no trouble running games.

What do IOS57 and 58 do? Are these two IOS required for some certain game?

I *think* IOS57 was used by a Japan-exclusive channel. No games came with it, so there's no real need for it.

IOS58 is (so far) only used by, and is required by, Your Shape since the game uses a USB camera.
