The form is optional, if you don't fill it in, you will be credited as the author.

Not to be a party pooper, but couldn't the Wiki handle much of this already? There is a save game db, some utilities, etc. A page with instructions, preview images, etc can easily be attached. The history links could be used to find older versions of the file.

I like the wiki (obviously), and it could use more attention.

and like we said, in hot sections files are MODERATED.
we'll make sure nothing wrong gets posted...
and if something like this gets posted, well, we will punish the authors and restrict the permissions to confirmed members only.

I uploaded Pokesav 0.38b! It's easier than looking for it on Rapidshare, etc.

It's in NDS Hacks, I thought it was the most appropriate section.
