Homebrew app Project Introducing, the AllShop!

Hi everyone, name's Allister. I've been active in the Nintendo modding and homebrew community for the better part of 20 years now. As a professional developer from Canada, I’m excited to finally share a project I’ve been crafting: AllShop, a custom fork of Shopdeck for the Nintendo 3DS.
The goal with Altendo was to go beyond a simple downloader. I wanted to incorporate that specific, nostalgic feel of the original 3DS eShop.
This includes:

Authentic UI: A full recreation of the classic eShop interface.

Nostalgic "Fund" Simulation: A purely cosmetic UI feature that mimics the old "add funds via credit card" flow (for that 2011-era immersion!).

Massive Library: Over 800 titles currently indexed in the database.
Unlike other projects, Altendo focuses on the experience of the original shop.
Since this is a community-driven effort, I'm hosting the connection guides and technical support over on our community server. We also host weekly game nights and general Nintendo/gaming discussions—we'd love to have more veterans and newcomers alike.

what im talking about is the picture catigorys at the bottom for example there is one that says games with dlc that has a pic of two anime girls i select it and i get could not find a match for your search conditions there is also the toad pic witch says game demos that one actually works but games with dlc ,3d games role playing games,platformers,local play, and only on new nintendo 3ds all show that error i was talking about everything else works fine and as i said this is really awesome i really like it alot

You can make screenshots with Luma3DS.
Do L+Down+Select to open the menu and make a screenshot. It will be saved on your 3DS SD card as a .bmp bitmap file.
Might help explaining the issue there.

I hope the fight reason is creative and surprising. Like they get into an argument about which kind of chocolate chip cookie is the best and it hurts OP's feeling and he shuts it down because everyone says Keebler instead of Nabisco and he really likes Nabisco cause the chocolate feels different in his mouth and everyone disagrees and it leads to the great 3DS piracy cookie war.

Man. When I just type what pops into my head... It's great.

at the very least could you have provided screenshots...?

i feel if you're confident in your project, you'd want to share whatever is possible
to as many platforms you believe would take interest, having this all in a single discord
where things could potentially go wrong and everything could be gone in an instant...

...isn't exactly the best decision in my opinion.

WARNING:this user hacked the original project's vps and deleted it, he also stole code from them and uses AI. i would not trust this guy as he did this after he got kicked out of the team (and also for some reason impersonated impeeza).

that was just because the server got a bit too full, it's back now and also this guy was the reason a damn patch wasn't made

This post is owned by allistermkw a user who didn't get owner in another server, so he VIOLATED Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and stole code, however his server has a known vulnerability that if in the wrong hands can get your 3ds killed. again just a user passing this by and to stay safe.

Oh, hell no. That's it everyone. Pack it up. I was thinking about considering writing my own piracy shop using chatgpt and lua, but... I just can't take this anymore.

I'm shutting down the discord server I setup as a hugbox before I even wrote a single line of code effective immediately. Someone disagreed with me about cookies and I just can't continue considering working in this toxic scene.

I hope everyone understands my decision.

It's when you start a community centered around yourself/your project and any criticism, feedback, or disagreement is not allowed, labeled trolling, and considered a bannable offense. Discord seems to be the go-to thing for it now.
