You realise that anyone interested in hacking the switch, ususally would be a lone person or 2 90% of the time, that do it in their spare time, usually not to be part of a team . You only get instance of "teams" now and again like twiizers because a few people just happen to have found the hardware interesting enough at the time
You talk about when you find an exploit blah blah, but have no programming skills. So you dont have the equipment needed to find an exploit. The switch 2 isn't going to have something simple like a random buffer overflow you can exploit like the twilight princess hack its going to require more advanced techniques.
what you are asking here is for someone to do this as a full time thing when in reality anyone who would be capable likely does not care about trying to be part of a team, and with that all "team" based projects are usually just packages of other peoples work.
