Gaming Internet is slow..

Lately, over the weekend I've noticed that my internet has become very slow. I did speedtest, it showed around 6mb/s. Pingtest, on the other hand, gave me an F grade..Also, now when I'm on Youtube watching/listening to music I have to wait a bit for it to load. Does anyone have any idea from where this might come from?
Up until this weekend my internet has been working very well.. Sometimes pingtest gives me an "A" but sometimes "F".. As you know from my blog, my dad is in hospital and no one is using his computers so..

No idea, mine has been slow all day too.

Maybe it's all one big conspiracy and the EU is trying to make the internet slower.

Is your router open or passworded?
How many people are on it at once?
How long ago did this start?
If it's been a few days it's probably your ip profile which as far as I know you can't do anything about...Just wait out a few more days til your ISP resets it.
Try namebench to help you choose the fastest DNS servers for you.
Try disconnecting the power cable from your router for about 10 seconds the reconnect it.
Firefox 4.xb have implemented a speed up...Or just use Chrome. Personally I prefer Firefox.

6mb is not slow....

i get 1.2mb/s and its reasonably fast and youtube doesnt buffer.
