Hacking Installing out of region DLC on emunand?

I was unable to preorder Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition, so I ordered both Birthright and Conquest separately. I got to chapter 6 when I realised that Revelations (The 3rd storyline, DLC only) was not installed. For some reason even on 10.3 emunand I can't access the eshop (I think it's because my emunand region is USA and the DLC should only be accessible on the JPN eshop). I downloaded the cia for Revelations and installed it to emunand with FBI. It said install succeeded, but Revelations doesn't appear as an option for which story path to pick. What do I do? O3DS Sysnand 9.2, Emunand 10.3 rxTools (and CakesFW)

No thanks, I'd rather not pay $80 dollars to get a $20 DLC 1 month before its release. I'll just wait until February and buy it normally.
