if i install a game on a cdrom will it play (online)????
I don't think so.
I know it will play off an external harddrive/Flashdrive
I don't understand you.
Please search Google for the following phrase:
"beginners' guide for conversations on the internet"
How'd you not understand that?
Perhaps you have a comprehension problem.
an actual cd rom is 700mb big... and i doubt games are that small anymore
even if you dont use that and use a dvd instead your dvd drive is slower than a hard drive or flash drive and you will lag horribly
just do what catboy says and you'll be fine
so can i use a flashdrive instead?
It has nothing to do with read speed, it's more the fact that it can't be written to.
This will cause problems if the game needs an update (even a tiny update) and most likely you will not be able to connect due to a different version of the game.
I would suggest using an external harddrive since it has more space for later updates, but if you have a large enough flashdrive, it might work.
some does, some don't
if it keeps getting updated or change/save files, it won't
i ran lineage 2 from a DL-dvd to log sy in for 5 min, just can't save screens/movies
better use external hdd
ok ty guys
