Installing NSP on FW 16 fails

I just updated this erista cfw 14.0 to 16.0 and i used to have no probs install nsp so i tried to install dbi.nsp and the latest tinfoil.nsp. Both dont seem to want to.be installed. tried DBI and tried goldleaf.
1.5.1 atmosphere, and yes latest sigpatches, game seem to play fine.

Yep. There is a fix. Update dbi. DBI 358 doesn't work on 16.0.0 and up (don't ask me why). But you need dbi 502 or higher for fw 16.0.0.
