Hacking Installing Homebrew Apps to system menu.. is it possible

Hi there

I just wanted to know for example if it was possible to install homebrew apps (ie .. Dsnotes ) to system menu (the one where you turn on the system and its there off the bat on the DSi 1.4 using the DSTwo card.
