Homebrew Installing cIOS202 for Wii64 USB support

The page here: https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/emulation/wii64 says that cIOS202 must be installed to load roms from a USB device.
To mod my Wii I've followed the instructions at the CompleteSoftModGuide site - I have done the basic, advanced, cIOS installation and DIOS MIOS pages; just to be safe I would like to know if it's safe for me to install cIOS202, and if it is OK for me to follow the instructions on this page .

Some people spread nonsense about a cIOS like 202 being dangerous, which is just flat out not true. There is absolutely no danger in it. Install 202 v5.1 base 60 for top compatibility.

So is there no need to install the other three as the guide suggests?

You can if you want to. It won't hurt. The other three are for backup loaders, 202 is for USB support.

IOS58 (an official IOS) is used by most up-to-date apps, but it also doesn't work very well with some HDD's, just as some HDD's don't work well with 202. 202 base 60 seems to have the highest reported compatibility, but there isn't a "perfect" IOS. Just find what works best for your HDD.

Installing to ios249 failed so I installed it to ios236 but Wii64 still doesn't seem to find the USB.
