Hello GBATemp. As the title suggests, I'm installing A9LH on a system that already has a Custom Firmware. There's a few things I'd like to have conformation on, just so I can make this as easy for myself. In Plailect's guide, right before the RedNAND cloning to SysNAND, could I, instead of using the first RedNAND backup, use a current EmuNAND backup? I really don't want to have to reinstall all the titles that I have installed now, mainly because I'm just lazy and I don't wanna have to wait hours for installations, also, depending on the answer to the previous question, would I/ should have to unlink my NNID from the EmuNAND? I just don't want to have to go through the process of making up a story, and getting Ninty to remove it from a 'stolen' system.

Assuming I get to do this how I want to, my plan goes as follows:
Move contents of SD card to somewhere.
Format the SD using Emunand9, so there's no EmuNAND.
Follow the guide as if the console is new and just downgraded to 9.2.
Instead of restoring the RedNAND backup, restore my EmuNAND backup, then clone to SysNAND.
Finish A9LH installation, and still have all my garbage.

I'm just looking for conformation, but any suggestions are appreciated.

Have a nice day,

Hi,

This probably answers your question:
If you already have a CFW setup on any version between 9.0.0 and 9.2.0, change menuhax to type 1, set your menuhax trigger to D-Pad down, then start the guide at Part 4. Note that anywhere "RedNAND" is mentioned, you can pretend it says "EmuNAND" instead as they are very similar and the instructions will be the same other than that.

TL;DR: Yes, you don't have to create a new EmuNAND/RedNAND just for this.
