Homebrew Installed games aren't actually installing

When I install a game CIA through fbi it'll say database does not exist. I have rebuilt the database and this still happens. For some weird reason when I open the eshop and then go back to fbimi can install the game. Once I get back to the home screen the game will not be there. It is also not in system management.

I can even redownload a game through eshop and it doesn't appear anything. I've been having so much hassle with the 3ds I am about to throw it at a wall.

Can anybody give me a bit of help please.

Is it injected? What version are you using? What system are you using? What region? What game?

1) Did you ever install a game before? Did it work?
2) Do you have more than 300 games/apps installed?

Hey guys, thanks for gettimg back to me. My 3ds is finally working ( for now ) after 4 days. I kept having to rebuild database, but it kept deleting import and title files afterwards. My computer some how corrupted the dbs folder and it seemed to fix it.
