Hacking Installed FAT 7.0.2 on exFAT

Hello everyone!
I guess i just f*cked up my emuNAND. I was running 6.2.0 emuNAND and decided to update it to 7.0.1.
Installed 7.0.1 via ChoiDujourNX pressing the normal button thinking "well it should work" and now i can't get past the Nintendo logo.
Guess the reason it's because my SD is exFAT and not FAT.

Is there any chance to solve this?

Just throwing wild ideas here, but maybe you should try a fat32 sd card with your switch and use ChoiDujourNX again, but this time, choose the exfat option.

I might try to copy files to a FAT32 SD and see if it boots. Nice idea.

Backup your sd card content and store them on your computer first. Use GUIFormat on your exfat sd card, this will make it fat32. Put back the content of the sd card.

Any files bigger than 4gb will not fit on the fat32 either remove it or find some way to split.

Worst case just install a fresh kosmos or something.

Ops, mistakes were made.

Back to fixing my emunand:
Formatted my 128GB SD to FAT32, copied files on it, now i'm stuck at SX OS boot logo.



EDIT:

Took a while to boot but it eventually booted in 7.0.1 EmuNAND.
However i received a message about corrupt data (???) and apparently switch deleted some game updates. Any idea why?
