Yeah it is. Anytime you look up devmenu and actually find download links you aren't going to fin an NSP version. If you do you have to be extremely lucky

Right because a search engine is instantly going to give you what you're looking for. I looked for it, i could not, for the life of me, find an NSP version of devmenu, only the romfs/exefs version of it. The one that actually works since apparently this one doesn't
