Hacking Installed CIA not appearing?

Sorry if this is the most retarded thing ever but I installed an english patched CIA of the japanese version of Fire Emblem Fates and the game never appeared on my home menu. The CIA itself installed just fine according to the installer and it shows up in my list of games in the Data Management part of the system settings. N3DS reiNAND emuNAND v10.6 wat do i do

If you're using reinand and this is a game from another region, you can't use it like any other .cia of your region or a region free cia. Reinand does not have region free it self as rxtools.

Reinand does not have region free it self as rxtools.

Just use Free multi Patcher, NTR, or Region Free Patcher.
