Hacking Install through ftpiiu everywhere?

Hi just wondering if I can install titles through ftpiiu everywhere I've tried copying files but it's not working so far. Help!
Edit: I am trying to install botw in storage_mlc/usr/boss/00050000/botw title key*
* not actual name of folder
