Hacking Install .pkg on Cobra ODE

Hi guys,
I have a FAT ps3 with Cobra ODE. Is there a way to install .pkg file on my ps3? I read tutorials which explained how to do that with 3K3Y and E3, but I did not find any clear guide on Cobra ODE

Can anyone help me or give me a clear guide to do that?
