Hacking Question Install NSP on System (EmuMMC)

Now I'm on Goldleaf in order to install some games, my question is, if i choose to install on System memory WHILE I'M ON EMUNAND it will be installed on SYSNAND or my SD Partition for emunand? And if I choose to install on SD if I reboot to stock fw could I get banned?

If you are on emunand and you choose to install a game onto the system memory, it will only install onto the emunand side. In regards to your second question, that would be a no as long as you are booting from hekate using the no cfw when booting into sysnand (stock fw).
