Hacking Install NDS profil mset without ds flashcard

Is it possible to launch rop installer without any DS flashcard on N3ds?
I heard about FBI injection into H&S app but I don't know how it works and if it works on n3ds?

Yes but you will lose your Super Stable 3D and Memory Card Management. there is a CIA 6.x MSET that has those items included, but I would advise you launch your CFW through Spider tethered to android/or through your wifi/or through a wifi enabled SD card/or through some other hotspot like device. You have better options here.

If you have Cubic Ninja: Ninjhax > FBI (Latest) > Select > Choose your ROP
