Hacking Install legitimately bought XBLA games on RGH

Hey guys, I have a somewhat noob question I can't find the answer to online. I have a few legitimately bought XBLA titles connected to my user that is not installed on my RGH'ed XBOX 360, is it possible to download them, or am I out of luck? I should not be banned (I haven't tried to go online since I did the mod), and I don't really care if getting banned is a consequence of downloading the games (if it is possible)

You'll need to invest in a stealth server or have a Dual NAND.
Alternatively, you can ask someone with a retail 360 to download them for you.
