Hacking Install fbi

I had cfw on 11.2 but some problems made me restore my nand backup from before installing luma, after I restored the nand backup luma updater and freeshop and fbi app and hb app all disappeared from the home menu but I could still use soundhax from the music studio and boot up into hourglass9 while pressing start or booting into luma config while pressing select. My question is can i just install fbi because i have access to homebrew launcher then install cia like freeshop etc... even though i restored nand backup and hourglass9 and luma config still boot ?

Just follow the injecting FBI section from the "Installing a9lh" page again.
