Hacking Install FBI installer in H&S problem

I booted up my emunand(10.3) and opened the browser to launch the rxtools.dat.
But it doesn't launch. what do I wrong. and after I closed the browser I got a sort of program with a black icon and question marks

Have you got the original rxtools.dat in your root? also did you create the firmware.bin and place it in root too?

You can't launch rxtools from in emunand on 10.3 to install FBI. You have to use the browserhax from sysnand and when the bottom screen glitches you press and hold the L button and then a menu appears that will allow you to install FBI.

sort of fixed it, for now anyway.... i should actually pay some attention to the server. it haven't checked on it in months
