Gaming Install DSiWare on DSi without CFW?

Is it possible to install DSiWare on a DSi without any softmod or CFW?
I don't really want to install that unlaunch or hiyaCFW thing on my system because I want to leave it as it is.
I was just trying to install a DSiWare that I dumped from my 3DS to play on the DSi and I followed this tutorial:

But I don't think that it really works since the twlnf thing says that my console id is wrong.
If using that CFW is REQUIRED to do this I'll not do it then.

Well the shop is gone so not really, no, but there's not really any downsides to a hacked dsi. Also now's the perfect time for it too due to a new exploit I can't remember the name of

Tried byteswapping it (ie A142F3... -> ...F342A1)?
