Hacking install after format

Hi so i got new 3ds with 11.14.0-46U and i played ocarina of time yesterday and i closed the 3ds when the game was loading and went to sleep, today i got a error and all my files are broken and i had to format it all. Now i want to know how can i install fbi homebrev launcher and etc if i dont have this app?

i scanned the qr code by browser and it shows black screen with error message (errdisp)
