I read and followed the guide over at wii-ds scene to inject games into other wads and it didnt work for what i was trying. the autoinjectuwad program also didnt work. no one seems to have problems injecting into old games like sin and punishment, but im not able to inject into mario rpg, a very recent game. the part that messes up is when i search the 00000005.app for the end of the mario rpg rom, it can't find it. it can find the beginning, but the end is all different.
the reason im trying to inject into mario rpg is so i can get kirby super star working. the reason ppl havnt gotten it to work so far is because kss has the sa1 chip that is found in a few snes games. for a while, no sa1 games were ever on the vc (so we didnt have channels with emus with compatibility for it), but mario rpg was released and is the first rom on there that uses the sa1 chip, so theoretically it should work. additionally, mario rpg and kss roms are the exact same size.
