Making cia files is such a pain in the butt especially if you have never made one before. There is a website online (sorry the forum rules do not allow me to give you the name) that contains ALL cia files. The website even contains gb, gbc, and nes cia files as well and im sure that the ones you trying to find will be there. Just use your google fu powers to find the website. Finding that website made my life sooooo much easier. Directly downloading already converted cia files was the best thing that ever happened to me in the gaming scene for a while
I'm interested in creating own CIA files with modified vc romfs, not pirate sites with "collections"
