I have been looking for a couple weeks and have yet to find any of their pokemon vc releases. sucks cause i never had this much trouble finding anything for my ds heh.

This is awesome and I figured it'd be pretty simple, but every title I've tried injecting hangs when trying to boot.

The original .3ds Cystal game works fine, so it's not a bad dump.

successfully made kirby dreamland only 1 slight glitch when u hold down his sprite spazzez other than that the game is working flawless i have a banner in place and the name is renamed aswell

I remember back in the day, there used to be 100-in-1 cartridges on sale in China.
Would it be possible to have a bunch of roms bundled up with a menu, and inject that?
With multiroms, we basically wouldn't need a homebrew Gameboy emulator.

Maybe I'll give it a try when I have time.

I was thinking the same thing but I don't think there are many of these on gbc or gb. And they are all that is functioning right now as Nes vc is next to useless atm

hummm whitch file should i edit for that?the titel that gw shows i figer out is in icon.bin, but no luck to edit the suspen screen one

You have to customise the banner as well (I guess). Use that too for creating custom banners and icons.
Here's a video of how it looks (and sounds):

can u point me which tool u use for editing those file? i'm just using this one
http://filetrip.net/3ds-downloads/utilities/download-3dsbannermaker-2-0-f32839.html
to creat a new one,i tried every thing i can edit but the suspen screen always show "My Game"..... it almost drive me crazy lool
They are.python scripts, you need to install python and pillow to run them, then just build the icons and edit the appdata.txt (or whatever it's called)

Then just link to the outputted icon and banner files with makerom

You edited the AppData.txt right? If you have, then go to your .rsf and change your product code, title, and unique ID ... then rebuild and that might stop the 3ds from caching the game title.

I've noticed the 3DS permanently caches the icons a the title of the game. Is there a way to delete them without formatting the whole system?

There's a flag in the AppSettings.txt, recordAppUsage, you can change to stop it.

Yes, as it was said above, you have to use one of the BigBlueBox releases of Pokemon, which are VC titles, not just .gbc roms.

Here's the release name of Pokemon Crystal: Pokemon.Crystal.GBC.VC.3DS-BigBlueBox
I have been searching for quite a while. All i can find is the "big blue box" text with all the letters. I found an nfo file, but i have no idea what it is.

Technically it can be any BBB Pokemon, not just Crystal. When I made those batch files, I only tested Blue.

Search the exact filename with quotes. A certain forum has all the BBB pokemon uploaded.
