Gaming Initial d perfect shift online functionality?

Hi! After a long search I finally found a initial d perfect shift .cia (not knowing the online servers were down). So i played the first and only offline level and finished it. No new level opened... So is there a way to like unlock some cars and stages to still get some functionality out of the game? Maybe by using some cheat code or a save editor? Thanks in advance!
