Hi I recently downgraded my N3DS from 10.1 to 9.2 using the safer build of sysupdater, not safesysupdater. Everything is running fine, and I have FBI installed and my CFW (Reinand 10.4) running flawlessly. I have even installed several .cia files with no issue. I am concerned, however, because I heard of these frankenfirmwares and didn't know if I should be concerned. I am having a very low boot rate with menuhax, but I think that may just be the payload's issue.

Low boot menuhax is a common issue in N3DS.

If your CFW runs fine, don't worry about anything else.
Okay that's what I thought, but I saw people mentioning that it could result in a brick later down the road.

Everything went okay when I dowmgraded. I didn't get any error or anything, so I don't know why I would think such a thing.

Sorry for the double post. Server lag

Really? I've never had menuhax crash on my N3DS (Might be because I have Ctrbootmanager though)

I said common issue, but ithat doesn't mean it happens to everyone.

I have 3 N3DS in 9.2, one has 50/50 chance of booting Menuhax... funnily enough that one is not a downgraded one... The downgraded one boots Menuhax 9/10 times, is just the luck of the draw...

Bricks happen for a reason, systems don't randomly brick down the road for no reason.

I actually have a very big smile on my face after reading about all these half complete downgrades, some fails. Not at the end user though, I do feel bad, but at the ones who said it was just a simple cia install. Yeah....right....
