Wipes personal information from your Nintendo Switch by removing it from prodinfo.

purpose
a) So your switch can go online without worrying about a ban or using random dogdy DNS servers that are also likely to get you banned.

b) so malicious homebrew applications cannot steal your personal certificate.

This application backs up your prodinfo to the SD root, you should keep this backup in a more secure location, and not leave it on the SD card where malicious applications can read it.

edit: atmosphere blocks writes to CAL0, so you must use ReiNX or SX OS to install this. Once installed, you can switch back to atmosphere.

Easiest way is to use the atmosphere fork that comes packaged in tinfoil (will require a reboot after install)

I couldn't get incognito working in SX against an emunand built from sysnand 9.0
As a workaround I copied my 8.1 sx emunand files which had incognito already installed and then updated that emunand to 9.0 via choi.
Running incognito directly on an emunand built from a clean 9.0 sysnand gives a cal0 write error/and or cannot write serial - I filed an issue
I should add it may well be an SX issue as opposed to an incognito issue but I'm not sure

You have to use ReiNX or my atmosphere fork to install it now, which you likely cannot boot in SX emunand which means SX is not supported anymore.

Atmosphere can boot a partiton-based sx emunand.
You gonna start a weird vendetta against TX now too?

Hmm.. ok, but it always used to work in SX fine, and I used to think SX OS had premier support for your softs so I’m a bit confused that a forked atmosphere supports it better than SX now.
Nevertheless, I’m ok, once it’s installed, I don’t think choi updates will overwrite it in future.

i don’t think you can at the moment.
What I did was to install incognito on a 8.1 emunand which works with sx 2.8 beta and then update the emunand to 9.0.1 via choi.

Thanks, I use this and all went fine. My serial is erased and when i try to enter store i get code 2123-0011.
One question (hope is not against the rules) so we can now run a hacked store without much worry about a ban?

You can install nsp/xci without needing to worry about a ban if you're using on emunand. If you're using sysnand you'll need to restore a clean nand backup if you install any nsp games or nro forwarders before going online or restoring your prodinfo.

I have my nand and cal0/1 backed up, I used Reinx, but how do I install incognito? Where do I place the files on the sd card? Sorry for the noob question, can't find a guide after searching.
