Import .sav file to forwarder?

So I was playing a certain .nds file on a flashcard, but then my flashcard started to pick whether it wants to work or not upon every boot, so I looked into forwarders.

Anyway, now there's a forwarder which works as it should, but it has a new .sav stored who-knows-where.

I have the .sav file with my old save on the flashcart's SD. Does anyone know where does the forwarder store its saves so I can import the old save to the forwarder?

What you can do is backup the save on the flashcart, and then figure out the correct format it use, and convert it if needed, also figure out where the save on the system is stored at and then backup and restore the save.

Forwarders stores saves in the exact same place as TWiLight Menu++, in a "saves" folder in the same place as the ROM.

Ex. for sd:/roms/DS/Mario Kart DS.nds the save goes at sd:/roms/DS/saves/Mario Kart DS.sav.
