Yeah call it a dream right now but I want to start my own import game store in my town. I want to specialise in the selling of both US and Japan titles as well as Australian games as well as selling modchips (and doing HBC for free). Ok so I know this is gonna be a lot of money, not to mention hard work, but my minds is raking on a few major questions

Pretty much where to go for supplys like shelves and such, not to mention how I can acquire the games from other countries, would Nintendo America and Japan supply them for me or do I have to go another route for that?

This is where the yellow pages becomes your friend. Look up shelving units and storefront help. There are stores which specialize in decorating and furnishing other stores, so look for those.

Dealers usually have to look for distributors. I would recommend you google "Wholesale games" or something like that. Being able to speak Japanese would be an asset.
