In short: No. Ask a neighbor or friend for a small screwdriver.

But how can i enable net if i only remove and reinsert battery. I dont have some wifi slider, i have 2ds..and in settings it doesnt allow me to turn on ibternet

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Will some of these work..because i cant wait for ebay to deliver me one of these

Get something you can grip tight. It's just two screws on the 2ds that you have to take off to get to the battery. You can even use a small flat head, those two screws shouldn't be on as tight as the other screws

Because it will reset the settings that are stored in what is essentially ram. It will let you access wifi, this is a fact. We helped you all we can. You just need a screw driver now.

Edit: whatever you do don't format your 2DS in 2.1.0. This will brick your device.

No it's not. Look, I'm not going to keep answering the same question everyone else already answered.

It's completely safe and will solve your issue. Get a screw driver and take out your battery.

Does the 2DS have the same screws at back as a N3DS XL? If so, you can use a larger screwdriver. I open mine up with a big one.
Gotta be careful with that. If you are going to be doing it a bunch after the guide, you can strip the screws like that. But hey, if it works it works.

I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
