I'm sorry to everyone I fooled or tricked.
I'm sorry for sending you to terrible places.
I'm sorry for getting your hopes up.
I'm sorry for generally being a dick and making people miserable.
Please accept this as my apology.
I want to make things right between us again.
If you are one of the people I have hurt in some way, please respond - possibly with some way that I can make things right between us.

Again, I am sorry.

I know I'm not one of the people you've wronged, but from what I see from your posts, you've got a long way to go in the maturity department. This is a big first step in the right direction, so don't falter now.

"The journey of a thousand worthwhile posts starts with a single apology." - Confucius, on this exact situation.

He was a forward thinking guy.

Maturity? You won't be seeing that from me anytime soon.
But thank you very much

You guys take internet forums way too seriously.

How so? We're all different people behind these screens and we're all affected differently. Just because you can't see the face of someone you're insulting doesn't make it right when you do.

Never said it was. It's the notion of connecting to people through this beyond receiving and sending information.

A while back, members of this forum traveled as much a 3600 miles, just to do this:

Faceless members blathering on in a Pokemon thread is not all we are here.

Thank you everyone for being so positive about this!
It's true - we are all people.
People have feelings.
To us people these feelings are important, they impact how we view the world.
These feelings we all have are so greatly integrated into our beings that it's hard to seperate the person from the feeling.
Indeed it could be said that the feelings ARE the person.
This is my view at least. We are all driven by our feelings, we all view the world through the way it makes us feel.
So when someone does something that hurts these feelings, or impacts them in a negative way, it becomes important to rectify the damage.
People are people. And people have feelings. I know I said that bit before, but it's important to remember.
So when someone says "it doesn't matter" I take great personal offense to it because, it DOES matter. Every action you take or word you say impacts someone in greater ways than you can imagine.
So please, think before you speak. Think before you act.
I am working on this, and I hope I'm not the only one.
