While i change my 3ds region with A9LH already installed

Will i be able to recover from a NAND backup and hourglass9

What specific errors cannot be fixed with NAND backups?

I believe you can just restore a backup if you mess up SecureInfoA/B/C. As for non recoverable with A9LH, you'd need to delete something like FIRM0/FIRM1 to do that.

You can restore an old backup, just you'll revert the region change.
And I doubt there's anything you can do to COMPLETLEY nuke your 3ds, cause even if the software fails, you can hardmod restore from the dump.
