EXPECT a guide on monday/tuesday on how to use free cheat.... (GBAtemp exclusive)

Sweet! I'm always interested in how other 'cheat makers' think while doing 'free cheat'. You should add commentary about what you are thinking when you are trying to make codes. It will give us insight on what you try doing to make a code!

@elixir
actually I'm hoping a full review about the card, but just the cheat mode is ok too

I really curious about the fuzzy mode, nobody give any information about how it work even the SC team

anyway it suit you well because you really good at making cheat code, so I'll be looking forward to it

DSdatabase is making a full review. I am making a full review. GBAtemp will be making a full review.

like what deltaburnt said, fuzzy should be values that are not known to you
so far the info i got from is it contains two type of main search (which we already know)

a)exact search
b)fuzzy search (which should be use for value that is not known to you, ie health bar)

from the main search you have 4 other ways to compare your initial search, which are
-equal
-unequal
-increment/addition
-decrement/less

if you ask me, is this very cool? i will just say it is just like other trainers we have seen
----
besides that, i think it also have an option for you to choose the code type you want
which are 32bit, 16bit and 8bit code type
smile.gif

basically, these code types are used to determine what is the value you want to lock down

8bits 22xxxxxx 000000yy (yy's max limit = FF =255)
16bits 12xxxxxx 0000yyyy (yyyy's max limit = FFFF = 65535)
32bits 02xxxxxx yyyyyyyy (yyyyyyyy's max limit = FFFFFFFF = 4294967295)

if you want to give mario 99 lives then choose 8bit
if you want to give your pkmn 9999 health then you choose 16bit
if you want to lock the money at 99999 then you choose 32bit
----

what is important would be
-will there be a range search
-how many results can free cheat display
-hex view (i doubt they have this)
-speed of search

I know that they receive more stock on Tuesday, so perhaps then.
However, I'm not sure how much stock they receive then... so possibly not :/
I know that there are preorders (like myself) who haven't had their stuff sent out yet, so I'm kind of hoping they take care of us first.

Then again, who knows?
I think I read somewhere that the first 100 who preordered will be dealt with before the offical release date - while all others are likely to be filled out on/after the release date (I'm not expecting my status to change until on or after the 18th May)
Right, it ought to be shipped tommorow, from the email they sent out. I didn't realize that the 18th was the official release date for everything and that the first 100 were just a special case. I should have realized it, since the firmware isn't even on their site until tommorow.

OK just a quick update from my previous post:

Just checked my Shoptemp order staus (4:52am UK time 18th May) - it now says
'This order is marked as Completed
You chose to ship this order with Hong Kong Register Air Mail'

Not got a tracking Mail tracking code yet (guess that'll be another day or so) - but still, they're very prompt

I'm in the same situation. I heard for a few people that you can't track it for two days. Can someone in this boat tell me if when it finally shows up, is it in Hong Kong? I guess the question is when does it start moving? When does their 3-5 day window start?

Update 19th May - order is now shipped and have a tracking number - not showing up on the Hongkong tracking service though

Update May 20th - Tracking number now showing up on HongKong tracking
'Destination - United Kingdom
The item (xxxxxxxxxxxxx) was posted on 20-May-2010 and is being processed for delivery to the addressee'

Update 21st May - New update on Hongkong tracking
'The item (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 21-May-2010'

Update 22nd May:
'The item (xxxxxxxxxxxxx) will leave Hong Kong for its destination on 23-May-2010'

Update 23rd May:
'The item (xxxxxxxxxxxx) left Hong Kong for its destination on 23-May-2010'

I'm guessing it'll take a day of 'Flight time' to get to UK, & possibly 1-2 days to get through UK Customs & Royal Mail to delivery it,
So I'm hoping for a Tuesday/Wednesday delivery
