Hardware Identifying Xbox One X components

Hi All! I have an Xbox One X with no HDMI output. The port looks perfect fine. I did some probing with my multimeter and found the component marked "R12" right under the right side of the hdmi port has continuity to ground on both sides, so I believe it's shorted out. I removed the TDP158 retimer IC and the short was still there, so I believe that particular component is at fault and I'm not sure how to identify it to order a new one. If anyone could tell me what it is or how to identify it I would certainly appreciate it. Thank you!

R12 is a 0 Ohm resistor, so what you're reading on the board is perfectly fine and not the issue
