(Idea) 3DS Hex Editor

    In Los Santos, GTA: San Andreas.
    Now, I don't know how to program in C, if I did, I'd most likely make one.
    Since we now have a way to dump our saves on the latest firmware with ironhax/tubehax/ninjhax, and a lot of people know the basic offsets to mod/change. I figured, it'd be nice to just dump saves with the save dumper and then edit them, without even needing a computer!

    Organiz3D should have a hex editor.

    CRTXplorer does have hex editor too

    EDIT: sorry, hex viewer, this is about hex editor.

    I have just hex viewer, you can't edit it though. I think ctrxplorer can just view them. I will glad to see hex editor that you can jump quickly to your desired offset.
