Hello, see title

I wasn't really certain where to post this... So I posted it here, I guess it's fine here

Err yeah, I want to buy new earbuds.
But I don't know which ones :/
I can't really rely on user reviews on random sites which sell earbuds, so that's why I came here...

First of all, a few reqs:
Must haves:
Build-in microphone, for my ipod touch voice stuff (shazam, skype blahblahblah)
Ipod touch compatible
tongue.gif
(I would've been using my phones earbuds if they were :/)
Not too expensive but there might be exceptions(max around 20-25 Euro (=25.1-31.37 US Dollars=16.5-20.63 British Pounds Sterling according to google))
Nice quality sound & build (so not like those 3 dollar junk things)

Wanna have, but not necesary:
Preferably buyable in Holland

err... yeah?

At first I wanted to buy these:
These

Myeah, but from what I've heard, there are way better headphones/earbuds whatever you like to call them in the market. Which are cheaper or the same price.
And most people dislike apple

I would like to hear your opinion, thanks

(I'll just be stuck with my standard ipod speakers in the meanwhile, so PLEASE! help me o.o)

Edit: I love music, so really, the quality must be actually pretty good

Personal experience with my apple earbuds/phones (whatever) which came with my ipod was that their base wasn't really good...
All the other sounds were alright

If you love music, the best thing for you would be in-ear headphones. I've got a sony ericsson headset right now who has them, and their crystal clear. Only you can't buy them seperatly, you'll have to buy the whole headset.
usually sennheisers are pretty good. But you'll strugle to find one with build in mic.

If your budget wasn't so tight, I'd recommend Klipsch's S4is. Klipsch/Shure are pretty much who you stick with for budget canal phones.

In your range however, might be better off purchasing an adapter and going with PortaPros or HD202s.

Yeah, I'll agree with Urza with this one.

Okay, thanks for the suggestions
tongue.gif

(especially the in ear thingys
tongue.gif
)
But I might adapt my price to a bit more... around 40 euros, but that's surely the max.
And by mistake I managed to let you guys think I want headphones. I wasn't really sure if headphones and earbuds were the same
tongue.gif
.
I really want those simple, small easy, portable earbuds (like the ones you get with an ipod...)
Earbuds...
But the actual reason I made this thread was to know which earbuds are good... There are LOTS and LOTS! OF earbuds on the market :/
So again, could you guys help me?

Edit: While searching for earbuds, I think these are fine?
Sony's MDREX38IPB
Clicky (in Dutch)

Altough I'm quite sure those are different :/
Stupid weird names for sony stuff -.-

Sony's headphones are generally overpriced crap.

With your new price range, Sennheiser's CX300s would probably be a good choice.

Sorry If I use your thread, it has a perfect title

I would like a new headphones for my ipod too.

I never used in-ear headphones, only the classical oval (and cheap) one.
But the cable always lasts 1 year before stereo become mono due to worn-out jack

I wanted to buy a new and good one this time, but couldn't find the usual headphones I bought, there's only in-ear now at the store.
but I'm afraid the jack will still not last long before the wire are cracking inside the plastic cord (Jacks are always badly made) and for the price it would be bad

I don't have a place to store them, I always put them in my pocket, so the cable is often bent.

I checked the Klipsch Image S4 you suggested, Urza.
They seems great, but I found a review saying they are not suited for classical and orchestra music, because high sound aren't good.
That's what I'm listening the most.
Did you try this model ?
Maybe the reviewer is really sensible

I think I'll give it a try anyway.
